![]() The Sales person stated that she would draw up a buyout statement for my review. I informed her that that I doubted the accuracy of the ownership statement as JP Morgan Chase was the lienholder on the DMV registration documents. So I walked over to the Sales Department and was informed that 1) Subaru Motors Finance was an out-of-state company and doesn't know the process requirements in California and 2) we had to do the buy-out through Subaru Pacific, as they OWNED the car. I told the caller that we planned to buy the car out of the lease and informed them of the process Subaru Motors Finance had told us. They asked me what my plans were for the end of the lease. While waiting in their lounge for the service to be completed, I received an unexpected call from Subaru Pacific's sales department. Could not be simpler!Ī few days before we planned to do the buy-out I took the car to Subaru Pacific for a periodic Service, which was prepaid at the time of the lease. ![]() I was informed that it was very simple: Take a filled-out Odometer statement and a check for the buy-out amount to any local Chase Bank branch. I called Subaru Motors Finance to get the exact buy-out amount and to get information on the buy-out procedure. If you can get this go to Sherman Oaks.Ībout a month ago, we decided to buy our 2019 Subaru Forester out of its lease. This is what I got, you either get this or better on your next lease. I am upset with the time wasted with this location because I would have jumped on this deal but was lied too because the Sales Rep did not get my business.įor buyers out there, I'll make it easy for you. They provided me a breakdown which was still unmatched with what I received at Sherman Oaks. I reached out to the dealer and they tell me the red tag deal doesn't apply to touring. I told go ahead and send me the details because I have a friend who is also interested in the Touring. She sent me a pitcher of a Red Tag Deal for 399 with Tax for a Touring Ascent and that it would be 450 a month with Tax with 15k miles, 36 months. She then texted me back saying I got a bad deal and overpaid. I texted Christy showing her I did purchase the vehicle. I then end up purchasing the vehicle in Sherman Oaks. She wanted the detail in writing but I told her if her dealer can't match or beat the quote I received, no reason for me to drive to Hawthorne. Was dealing with Sales Rep Christy Saephan and explained to her the quote I received from another dealership to conduct her review and she stated I had a good deal something she could not match. ![]() Within the Security Settings menu, tap Authorized Users and then select Add Authorized User to enter details of the authorized user.Very disappointed with Subaru Pacific.
